Coinbase Pro, formerly known as GDAX, is a United States-based cryptocurrency exchange which is operated by Coinbase. The exchange does not have a large selection of different cryptocurrencies, but offers advanced security features such as FDIC insurance for USD balances for up to $250,000 (only applicable to U.S. customers). There are no fees on maker trades, while regular trades are charged at 0.1%.
